Application Fees
The application fee is $40 per applicant (anyone 18 yrs and over). For your convenience, you can pay online!
Security Deposit
Security deposit for our apartments are as follows:
1BR- $500
2BR- $600
Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Pet Policy
Casa Monterrey welcomes cats & dogs (50 lbs maximum weight)
Pet Rent: $50 per pet/per month (Maximum 2 Pets)
Pet Deposit: $300 per pet. This is a refundable fee.
